«Go home Chaosflöte, you’re drunk.»Mit der Performance «bad decisions» will Melody Chua die emotionale Intelligenz ihrer Improvisationsmaschine herausfordern. Sie tritt gegen die Maschine an, um dem Spiel eine menschliche Seite abzugewinnen.

Melody Chua ist Flötistin und Komponistin. Sie entwickelt interdisziplinäre Werke in permanenter Zusammenarbeit mit Künstlern, Programmierern und Komponisten. Die von ihr gespielte hybride, sensorgestützte Chaosflöte steuert immersive und dynamische elektronische Klänge und Bilder.

"Go home Chaosflöte, you're drunk." With the performance "bad decisions" Melody Chua aims to challenge the emotional intelligence of her improvisation machine. She competes against the machine in order to gain a human side to the game.

Melody Chua is a flutist and composer. She develops interdisciplinary works in permanent collaboration with artists, programmers, and composers. She plays a hybrid, sensor-supported chaos flute that controls immersive and dynamic electronic sounds and images.
